One Stop Centre(OSC)

 

OSC KL City Hall was officially launched by the Honourable Mnister of the Federal Territory on July 3, 2007. OSC City Hall implementation is in line with the inspirations and requirements of the government. Elements such as the establishment of the secretariat of the OSC, the creation of local aoolication counters, acceptance and registration of applications simultaneously, processing according to the charter, monitoring and updating of data was carried out by the OSC KL City Hall.

 

Kuala Lumpur City Hall Local Centre (OSC City Hall) was estalished to coordinate all development applications in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur (FTKL) to be considered in a specific period.

   
 
What are the functions and responsibilities of OSC KL City Hall?
   
 
a.
Receive development recommendation applications (32 types of applications);
b.
Distribute the development proposal application to the processing department for processing and to technical agencies to provide comments;
c.
Monitor the receipt of copies of the comments from the technical department/agency;
d.
Monitor for a paper certificate from the processing department;
e.
Coordinate the paper certificate by the processing department for onsideration of the JKPTS and JKPS meetings;
f.
Manage secretarial duties for JKPTS and JKPS meetings;
g.
Report the status of applications received to JKPS;
h.
Distribute the results of the JKPA meeting to the Department of Technical Processes including PTG if involving matters of land under Section 123A and 204D of th National Land Code to be referred to the Committee of the Land (JKKT).
   
 

What types of applications are accepted by OSC KL City Hall?

   
 

At present, there are 32 types of applications that have been determined by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) that can be submitted throught the OSC KL City Hall Counter.
