  2. Ensure that the complaints received and actions taken within 3 days (working days) to achieve 100%
  3. Ensure that the reported dengue cases be taken within 24 hours (working days) from the time the complaint is received up to 100%
  4. Ensure that complaints relating to dog bites, taken within 24 hours (working days) from the time the complaint is received up to 100
  5. Ensure that the IP of the food samples in violation of the Food Regulations 1985 is completed does not exceed 150 days from the date of sampling to achieve 100%
  6. Ensure that food handlers who seek to achieve 100% immunization services
  7. To ensure that 100% of applications for health promotion activities and follow (lectures, exhibitions, health camps) is given to the public
  8. Ensure emergency complaints will be acted upon within 3 hours of receiving the complaint
  9. Ensure delivery of mobile toilets up to a location at least 12 hours before the event gets underway
