Aplikasi DBKL MOBIS

DBKL MOBIS adalah sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dibangunkan oleh Jabatan Pengurusan Maklumat untuk membantu orang awam mendapatkan maklumat dengan pantas seperti Semak Notis Kompaun Trafik DBKL, Nombor Telefon Hotline dan Lokasi Kaunter Bayaran pada bila-bila masa dan di mana sahaja.

Mobile Apps KLCares

Mobile Application KL Cares is one of the alternative channels for citizens to make complaints to Kuala Lumpur City Hall by uploading a photo of the location in relation to complaints made. In addition to using the existing I-SPAAA's portal, citizens can also use this smartphone application.

 

This application can be downloaded for FREE from Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Mobile Web myPay DBKL

Kuala Lumpur City Hall in collaboration with the Malaysia Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) has introduced the first alternative channels for payment of traffic compound using a smartphone application called 'My Pay DBKL'.

 

It can be accessed by using the mobile web browser on the following link :
