Mayor of Kuala Lumpur are committed to protecting and safeguarding your Personal Data, as defined and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). This Notice explains how mayor of Kuala Lumpur processes your personal data starting from its collection, use, sharing and securely disposing of it as well as safety measures that are taken to ensure that your personal data is best protected.

KLCH services application/payment forms

Processing your application using our services
Delivering our products/services to your desired address and location
Resolving complaints / problems related to the service (if occur)
Sending KLCH’s services information
Sharing information with others government agency
Auditing activities, risk assessment, survey, research related to the KLCH’s services and regulatory/legal obligation relief;
We only process your personal data within Malaysia. Your personal data will not be transfer to any place outside Malaysia.

The third parties appointed by the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur to carry out work on behalf of the Mayor

By ensuring your personal data is kept as required by Act 709
By ensuring our staff not to misuse your personal data
By performing contract / agreement with third parties appointed by Mayor of Kuala Lumpur.
Nevertheless, you are required to ensure the security of your password and not to disclose it to another party to reduce the risk of data breaches.
We will retain your personal data as long as required by the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur. The Mayor of Kuala Lumpur will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data is destroyed or permanently deleted, if it is no longer required.
